What a place. This was our first time here and let me say it was amazing. Very friendly people and the food was excellent. We are very picky eaters and this by far exceeded our expectations. We had the street tacos, skunk eggs (yummy yummy yummy) and burgers. He had the double meat with double cheese and bacon with homemade fries and I had the mushroom swiss with onion rings. Everything was freshly made and it was really good. The patties are handmade, not frozen! If you have never been...you are missing out. The owner was so friendly. Thanks for such a wonderful experience, it's hard to find nowadays.
You can't go through this small town without stopping at Ramsey's. Nice and friendly staff, quick service and a definite good time. From my time here it seems like it's the heart of the town, always hosting local events. So go in and spend your money and get some good eats.
Love a little dive bar. You can tell this place is loved due to the added decorations from its customers. Biker friendly. Absolutely loved it. Drinks were fair priced, and the bartender Libby was knowledgeable of drink specials. Will definitely go back.

We do not hang out at Ramsey‘s because that’s not our same but we do order their hamburgers and fries OMG best hamburgers and fries and Van Zandt County
Update : went back again today. I got there around 3:00 pm. The chicken strips or fish plates are not available till 5:00 pm. But I still enjoyed my visit. I played pool and listen to music and ate a great meal. The staff is very friendly still. Just give them a try. I definitely enjoyed my visit today. The food was great. And the service is great. The cook even came out to check and see if we enjoyed our meal. It’s home town service. I’ll definitely be back. Looks home town. Feels home town. Home made fries. Big fish pieces. Decent sized chicken fried steak. Fresh salad.
Great skunk eggs and onions rings. Cheeseburger was also seasoned well and not over cooked. They get extra points for truly grilling the bun. I had a gin and tonic and it was a stiff drink. It's a bar atmosphere, but don't pass it up. The only slightly negative was the waitress/bar tender was annoyed we didn't place all of our order at the Sametime. In her defense she was the waitress/bartender at the moment.
